Superintendent Of Religious Education
A Superintendent of religious education has a duty to oversee the day-to-day operations of the church, in the capacity of ensuring compliance with the church's education code. Responsibilities include conducting biblical research and analysis and holding regular conferences with teachers, staff, religious officials from other churches, or religious institutions. Having regular communication with the Superintendent of religious psychology in order to develop and effectuate an effective curriculum, for the church system to follow. Enforcing compliance with the church's education code and training all staff members accordingly. The Superintendent of religious education will act as the supervisor for all educational staff including but not limited to teachers, volunteers, instructors, trainers, youth department administrators, the Superintendent for religious psychology, and will assist with the same in the welcome center as well as ministries and outreach. The Superintendent of religious education is responsible for creating educational materials both spiritually and secular, then providing them to the appropriate department for materialization, and to the social media specialist for online advertising and posting.
Must be 26 years of age or older and possess a master’s degree in education or any other field related. Must be willing to submit to an undergo a criminal background check cannot have any criminal history, this position is a substitute position for any positions on the board of directors.

This position acts as the 5th member of the board of directors’ applicants will be required to attend quarterly board meetings which occur every 90 days these meetings may occur in person reliable transportation is required this is also a telework position high speed Internet access is also required compensation is provided based on departments service board of directors does not receive compensation.
